Hi, I’m Michelle—a Real Estate Professional with over a decade of experience helping clients successfully buy and sell homes. I truly believe real estate is about more than just transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and helping you move forward with confidence.

I’m proud to hold the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Certified Divorce Specialist, which allow me to support clients through both everyday transactions and more complex life transitions. Before real estate, I spent 15 years in the financial industry, including serving as a Branch Executive Officer at a local bank. That experience gave me a strong foundation in lending, working closely with clients, and understanding the financial side of homeownership. Today, I use that knowledge to help my clients make smart, informed decisions when it comes to pricing, negotiations, and overall strategy.

I’m also the owner of Living Well Organics & Floral Designs in Greencastle, PA, which has been such a rewarding way to stay connected to the community I love. Being a local business owner has deepened my passion for building relationships, supporting others, and creating meaningful connections—values I bring into my real estate business every day.

Community has always been an important part of my life. I’ve had the privilege of serving as President of The Exchange Club of Greencastle, along with being involved in both the Waynesboro and Greencastle Chambers of Commerce, where I’ve held leadership roles. Those experiences have shaped who I am today and reinforced my commitment to service and giving back.

I’m also a big believer in continuous growth, which is why I’ve completed additional training through Dale Carnegie, the PBA School of Banking, and advanced management and leadership programs. I’m always looking for ways to better serve my clients and improve the experience I provide.
